We’re proud to share that Delta-based Sarah Gallop Design Inc. has been named a finalist eight times at the 2026 HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence, recognizing our work across custom homes and renovations in Metro Vancouver.
These nominations reflect a range of residential projects completed in collaboration with our trusted builder partners.
HAVAN Awards 2026 Recognition Across Custom Homes and Renovations
Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Awards recognize residential work across Metro Vancouver, spanning custom homes and renovation projects of different scales.
Our nominated projects reflect this range, each shaped by its own site conditions and client priorities, with decisions guided by how the spaces will be used over time.
This year, we are recognized for the following projects:
Take a Look at Me Now
Take a Look at Me Now, completed with Finnish Builders, was recognized in both the Best Kitchen Renovation ($175,000 and over) and the overall Best Renovation ($700,000 – under $1 million) categories. The home brings together contemporary and Scandinavian influences, with a focus on light, material consistency, and connected living spaces.
The Lodge
The Lodge, completed with Kemp Construction, was named a finalist in the large-scale Best Renovation ($1.5 MILLION – under $4 million) category. The home blends West Coast influences with a warm, modern interior, emphasizing natural light, material contrast, and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Komorebi
Komorebi, also completed with Kemp Construction, was recognized in both Best Custom Home ($3 million – under $5 million) and Best New Custom Kitchen ($175,000 and over) categories. Inspired by the Japanese concept of filtered light, the home is designed around daylight, natural materials, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Jewel on the Bluff
Jewel on the Bluff, a custom home project, received recognition in both Best Primary Suite (renovated or custom home) and Best Custom Home ($5 million – under $10 million) categories. Designed to capture ocean views at every turn, the home combines clean modern lines, natural materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
