Development Design

Our development services can be as small as a duplex or multiplex on a property, as large as a multi-family townhome development, or a significant property subdivision plan. The process begins by exploring the property in question and reviewing existing zoning to determine what is possible. If existing zoning does not permit the project goals to be achieved, we will engage in city discussion to determine if rezoning, subdivision, Official Community Plan amendments, or alternative solutions might be possible. Our experience in dealing with city staff will allow us to provide options for the best utilization of the property. We can assist with city applications and coordination in all instances.
